These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between Jempol55 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at jempol55.cam (the "Website") and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

Jempol55 operates as an online sports betting and live casino platform. Our services are made available to users who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms, including — but not limited to — the minimum age requirement of 21 years of age. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager through the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

Access to and use of the Jempol55 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any paid services on the Platform. Jempol55 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy in accordance with internationally accepted standards for online gambling operators. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all associated funds will be frozen, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Jempol55 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Malaysian users acknowledge that the regulation of online gambling in Malaysia is the user's personal responsibility to understand.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

3.4 Prohibition on Certain Persons

The following categories of persons are not permitted to register or maintain an account with Jempol55:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of Jempol55 or its related entities, where participation may create a conflict of interest.
• Individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform or any other licensed gambling operator's platform within an active exclusion period.
• Individuals acting on behalf of a third party, syndicate, or commercial entity for the purpose of placing bets using another person's identity or funds.

To access the full range of Jempol55 services, including the ability to deposit, withdraw, and place wagers, you must complete the account registration process. By submitting your registration details, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name (as it appears on a government-issued identity document), a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile phone number, your date of birth, and a secure password of your own choosing. You must keep all account information accurate and up-to-date at all times.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Jempol55 is required to verify the identity of all registered users before processing withdrawal requests and, in certain cases, before deposits above defined thresholds. You may be required to submit the following documentation:

• A clear copy of a valid Malaysian government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport).
• Proof of residential address (a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three months of submission).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document where requested by our compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or submission of fraudulent or inaccurate documentation, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. Jempol55 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to comply with the following usage terms at all times. Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform may only be used for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with applicable laws. Any attempt to use the Platform for commercial gain, professional betting syndication, or systematic exploitation of Platform features is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, algorithms, or security systems.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated strategy designed to generate guaranteed profits at the expense of the Platform or other users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected technical fault are void and subject to reversal.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or withdrawal process.
• Engaging in or facilitating any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.

5.3 Platform Availability

Jempol55 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, software updates, and events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

All financial transactions on the Jempol55 Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following Malaysian payment methods:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect.
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay.
• Online Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — accepted by all major Malaysian banks).

6.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000 for most payment methods. Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are processed instantly. FPX and online banking transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance. Jempol55 does not impose deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. You must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals: typically within 15 minutes of approval.
• FPX and online banking transfers: same business day for requests submitted before 10:00 PM MYT.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Jempol55 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent. Withdrawals to third-party accounts (accounts not belonging to the registered account holder) will not be processed.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Jempol55 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Any deposits that are made without the genuine intention to use them for betting purposes, or any attempt to use the Platform to layer, place, or integrate illicit funds, will be reported to the appropriate authorities and all associated accounts immediately suspended.

All bets placed on the Jempol55 Platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are detailed within the relevant sections of the Platform's sports betting interface.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed and valid once you have received a confirmation notification within the Platform. Bets in a "pending" status are not confirmed. Jempol55 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, an incorrectly displayed price, or a manifest human error in odds compilation.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by sport, market type, and event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. Jempol55 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice, including lowering limits for individual accounts where patterns of play indicate potential abuse or risk management concerns.

7.3 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key match events such as goals, red cards, penalties, and injuries. Any bets submitted during a market suspension will be rejected. Odds in live markets fluctuate continuously and the price displayed at submission may differ from the price at confirmation. Where the applicable rules permit "accept any odds" or "accept better odds", the prevailing confirmed price will apply.

7.4 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum completion requirement; an event is determined to have been subject to proven match-fixing; odds were published in error; or a technical fault resulted in incorrect bet recording. All void determinations are made at the sole discretion of Jempol55, whose decision is final.

Jempol55 offers a range of promotions and bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, a birthday bonus of up to MYR 2,688, and a Refer-a-Friend programme offering MYR 38 per successful referral. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated at the point of offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the automatic forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

Jempol55 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using low-risk, systematic betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements; and participating in coordinated bonus claiming with other users.

8.3 Promotion Modifications

Jempol55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a User is actively participating in it, Jempol55 will honour the terms applicable at the time of opt-in where reasonably practicable.

Jempol55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe environment for all users. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take seriously our obligation to prevent problem gambling and to support users who may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to notify you after a defined period of continuous play.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, and intellectual property rights contained on or accessible through the Jempol55 Platform are owned by or licensed to Jempol55 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation, all text, graphics, user interface design, images, audio, and video content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Jempol55.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jempol55, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

Jempol55's total cumulative liability to any user in respect of any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Jempol55's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Jempol55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information.
• Suspected engagement in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Suspected abuse of bonuses, promotions, or the Platform's referral programme.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts in connection with the Platform.
• Evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of dishonest play.
• At the request of any law enforcement or regulatory authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be placed on hold for the duration of the review period. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, Jempol55 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the associated balance, including any bonus funds and associated winnings. Any forfeiture decision will be made in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting customer support. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures upon voluntary account closure.

Jempol55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Changes to these Terms will become effective upon publication of the updated version on this page, accompanied by a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, Jempol55 will endeavour to provide registered users with advance notice via email or in-Platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued access to and use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amended version of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Jempol55's international gaming licence is issued. Nothing in this clause shall be construed as an election of a specific national legal system for the purpose of resolving any dispute arising from a user's use of the Platform in any particular territory.

Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Malaysia is an evolving area and that they are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable local laws. Jempol55 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Malaysia or any other specific jurisdiction.

14.1 Dispute Process

In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the Platform or these Terms, users are encouraged to contact Jempol55 customer support in the first instance, providing full details of the dispute and the resolution sought. Jempol55 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a complete written complaint. All decisions made by Jempol55 regarding disputes are final and binding, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
